WHAT IS 3D LASER SCANNING?
3D Laser Scanning is a method of high-accuracy digital reality capture that uses lasers to quickly collect measurements and capture details of a site — much like a camera taking a 360-degree photo, but with an accurate XYZ coordinate for every pixel. The data collected is put together to create a digital model, often called a pointcloud.
Using this detailed pointcloud as a reference, accurate 2D and 3D As-Builts can then be created.

OUR CLIENTS
THE BENEFITS OF 3D LASER SCANNING
REDUCE PROJECT COSTS
Reduce the chance of measurement inaccuracies prevent costly mistakes.
2D & 3D AS-BUILTS
Generate accurate 2D and 3D As-Built models to effectively communicate the design and site conditions to your stakeholders.
SAVE TIME
Pull up digital data anytime and anywhere, saving you the time of having to visit the site.
VERIFY COMPLIANCE
Compare the data capture from As-Built models to the as-designed drawings or for quality assurance and compliance purposes.
CONDITION ASSESSMENT
Data collected allows you to accurately asses tilting of structures, unevenness of floors.
ACCURATE MEASUREMENTS
Rest easy knowing that the decisions and you make for your project are based on millimeter accurate measurements.
